  • We operate in all weather conditions. Please check the weather before your tour starts and dress appropriately.
  • In case of tour cancellation due to extreme weather condition or any unforeseen circumstances, an option of refund or change of date will be provided.
  • We cannot accommodate strollers so infants must sit on laps.
  • We cannot accommodate luggage.

CANCELLED BOOKINGS

  • You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • A cancellation fee of 100% will apply for tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start will not be accepted.
  • All cut off times are based on experience’s local time.

NO REFUNDS for adverse weather conditions, or no show.

TOUR TIMES, ROUTES, AND ITINERARY are subject to weather, road and traffic conditions. We reserve the right to change or alter any tour, conditions and the tour guide’s decision is final.

WE RESERVE the right to ask any client to leave the tour for any kind of inappropriate behaviour.

Whilst every care is taken, we accept no responsibility for PERSONAL BELONGINGS left unattended in the vehicle.

SMOKING inside our coaches is prohibited by Government regulations.

DEPARTURE

Your bus departs on time from all attractions. Passengers who miss the bus will have to return to Sydney at their own cost.
